Returns & Refund Policy

We only accept return if the item shipped to you is defective or damaged. The item should be returned to us within 7 days from the delivery date in original packaging. We will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the return package. There is no cash refund.

 

Incase of any kind of malfunctioning or defect, the item will need to be taken to the nearest service center.

 

When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us.
